Xeno Fighters R v0.333a is released

This update fixes a major bug with Balor's 5th phase that causes it to become invincible if the game is paused in any way (manual pausing, continuing the game in non-Conquest Mode runs) while the boss is offscreen. It also fixes an accidental nerf to the Judge Spear's DPS potential.
NOTE: If you somehow have v0.333, please update to v0.333a as soon as possible. v0.333 had a change done to the end of Stage F-B that causes it to softlock after defeating the midboss Xenoscorpius.

PLAYER SHIP CHANGES
- Judge Spear: Rebalanced and buffed DPS all around. DPS numbers (without Slaves): 276/317/354/419/475
BUGFIXES
- MAJOR BUGFIX: Truly fixed Balor's Phase 5.1 health disappearing and making the boss invincible. Solution was to keep the hitbox of Balor onscreen (and impervious to weapons) once it starts to go offscreen. Once it reenters the screen and stops moving, the hitbox starts following Balor again and can be hit by player weapons again. The problem took a very long time to figure out. Here's the cause of the bug: Balor's hitbox technically counts as an enemy object. When any action pauses the game (player pausing the game manually, the Continue screen appearing during any non-Conquest Mode run) the game "deactivates" all game object instances, including all enemy objects. However, when the game is unpaused, only the object instances inside the screen are reactivated. Balor moving offscreen conflicts with this, as its hitbox is offscreen as well. In GameMaker, when an object instance is deactivated, it does not exist at all except in a list in memory of stuff that is deactivated. Deactivated instances cannot be accessed, changed, or interacted with in any way until they are reactivated. This is why Balor sometimes glitches when it goes offscreen: when the game pauses at the time it is offscreen during Phase 5.1.
- Minor bugfix: Fixed outdated Lives and Bombs Setup text after ship select in non-Boss Rush Mode that says you can set your starting bombs between 1-7. It now says you can set starting bombs between 0-7
- Regression fix: Fixed layer depth issues with Staubteufel enemies (explosions, medals) in Stage 5-A
OTHER FIXES
- When the player dies, horizontal wobbling no longer pans to the center of the screen immediately. It now begins panning when the player respawns
