(HOTFIX) v0.392.1: Garegga balance and error fixes

v0.392.1 fixes a factual error with Bonzi and the new Garegga DLC fighters, as well as gives them minor balance fixes.
FIGHTER BALANCE FIXES
- BUFF: G-130 Grasshopper: Speed of main shot projectiles changed from 9/8 to 12/10
- NERF: G-1026 Flying Baron: Changed damage of main shot from 16/17/18/19/20 to 14/15/16/17/18
OTHER FIXES
- Corrected text and voice errors of BonziBUDDY naming the wrong pilot for the Grasshopper and Flying Baron (Bad boy, Bonzi!)
